Please print and fill out application and forms needed to apply for housing. Each member of the household will need to be listed on the application and have an individual 214 Status Form completed. Additional documentation needed to complete application process is listed on the Checklist PDF.

Wade Bevins, grandson of Fairie Partin with PHA Office Manager Tiffany Akers. Fairie Partin was the second Executive Director of Pineville Municipal Housing, taking office in 1967 after the death of her spouse, James Partin, the first Executive Director.
Located between Tennessee Avenue and Third Street in the Wallsend Community, the Fairie Partin Community Room has been recently updated and is available for use by sponsored residents and recognized community groups.

A "personal summary of qualifications" may be an informal introduction ("Hello, my name is..."), an identification of the type of job you want ("I want to be a boss."), and a statement of why you would be a good worker at that job ("I get bossed around a lot so I should be able to do it."). Be sure to include contact information for yourself like your name, a phone number, email address, and mailing address.
